I bought this house for its location. The Burges Estate is just a short walk away from East Ham town centre and I can be at the tube station within a 10 minute walk. This means I can get in to the city and Central London very quickly.
Not only does the area have a great range of shops but this particular part of East Ham also has some good schools so I would happily bring up children here.
I bought the house with the specific intention of refurbishing it and creating a warm and inviting family home, I have put heart and soul into this project, and I hope it will become a place where memories are created.
