Dunoon now enjoys the status of being the Marine Gateway to Loch Lomond and the Trossachs, Scotland’s first National Park, and has a number of local amenities including a cinema, two supermarkets, several choice restaurants and bars, primary and secondary schools, library, Post Office, doctors surgeries, hospital and veterinary clinic, leisure centre with swimming pool and gym. A regular local bus service operates in the area and there are bus and coach services to popular regions across the West of Scotland. Regular passenger ferry services operate from Dunoon Pier to Gourock with regular bus and train connections to Glasgow Central railway station. The Western Ferries located at Hunter's Quay also offers a regular vehicle service to McInroy`s Point in Gourock for access to the national road network. Glasgow is approximately 1 hour away and Glasgow Airport is slightly less.
Entrance
From the parking area just outside the garden, pass through the double timber gate towards the front door where the conservatory is sited. From there is a vestibule and eventually, the front door into the hallway.

The sitting room is located to the left of the hallway and has wonderful views to the water from the window. A feature fire surround finished in white, house’s a real flame gas fire. The décor is bright and the carpet is a `rust` colour.
