When I bought this house 10 years ago it was the amount of space that it offered that I immediately liked. I also wanted to be in a good location near to schools so my son could walk to school. I loved my bedroom as it is such a calming room to relax in. When friends come over we always congregate in the kitchen/breakfast room whilst the children play together in the lounge/diner. It is great having so much space and I will miss this when I move.

Since owning the house I have had a new kitchen and boiler installed and also had the garden levelled off so it is now child friendly. I have also replaced the double glazing at the back of the house.
