I immediately fell in love with this house because of where it was located as well as the homely feel it had, despite it needing work. Although it felt cosy there is plenty of space. I have redecorated throughout, replaced the boiler some years ago and also had double glazing installed. I recently had the sandstone fireplace installed and with the living flame it is lovely to sit beside on a cold winter night.

My grand-children often come to stay and we can easily all sit round the dining table for our meals together.

Having the loft room has been a great space that has proven very versatile over the years.
