When I bought this flat I was coming to Dover due to work and I also had friends and family living in the area. I had a limited budget but really needed a garden due to the fact that I have a dog. This flat was perfect for me and as soon as I saw it I wanted to buy it.

I love the garden and I have a BBQ here once a year for my birthday when friends and family come round as well as my lovely neighbours.

Commuting from here is also so easy via the nearby road links.
