Property description
Looking for an ideal family home in the country then look no further as this family home should be just the ticket and lets face it what could be better then driving along a winding country lane with stunning rural views after a hard day to get home and relax.
This property is almost unique as it is only one of two that were built and although it is relatively modern it has some interesting character features.
The generous block paved drive offers plenty of parking for the whole family. The spacious 21ft lounge area has a lovely bay window and a feature working fireplace with room for a large suite. So after a brisk winter walk come in and get warm in front of the fire with a cup of hot chocolate. This room is L shaped to the dining area which will be ideal for those more formal family meals. The dining area is adjacent to the stylish kitchen area with its porcelain flooring and stunning range of wall and floor units. The useful utility room also provides access to the 17ft ancillary room and there is also a study/playroom.
On the first floor there are four bedrooms with built in wardrobes. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. There is a further family bathroom.
The rear garden will be ideal for children to play as there is a lovely lawned area and further decked seating area. The garden offers a good degree of privacy.
What the Owner says:
We were living in Brighton and really needed to cut down on our journey to work and decided to look at properties from Steyning to Southwater.
After countless viewings at lots of different properties in varied locations the only one we wanted to second view was this one in Dial Post as we felt it had amazing space on both levels and offered a real feeling of being in the Country whilst affording good access to road links.
As a result we have stayed here for over twenty years, have raised three boys and made some really good friends within this lovely community. The boys are all grown up and we don’t need all the space anymore but we will be sad to go.
