The Lodges are close to the village of Kylesku and are signposted from the A894; access is via a tarmac access road leading to an open plan site. The 10 Lodges are identical A frame Scandinavian design with a wooden clad exterior. Each Lodge has an almost identical internal presentation with high quality internal finishes and double glazing throughout apart from the entrance door. The Lodges have good separation providing for individual parking and plenty of communal amenity space.

DESCRIPTION
Each Lodge is accessed into a hallway which gives access to all areas. The main area is the attractive lounge/dining/kitchen area with large feature patio doors which open directly onto the veranda, offering exceptional seaward views. The room benefits from a high standard of dcor with a comfortable sofa and dining table and chairs. The Lodges have a smart range of facilities to make any stay comfortable and relaxing. There is also a washing machine in lodges one, three, six and seven. The sleeping accommodation is configured to one double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms which are well presented and have ample storage with built-in wardrobes. The family bathroom has a white suite comprising of a bath with shower over, WC and wash-hand basin. It also benefits from a tiled walls, heater, vented extract fan and vinyl floor covering.

GROUNDS
The subjects extend to circa 45 acres and the vendors are seeking to renew OLPP for a dwelling within the subjects. The Lodges are well spaced with its ample parking, recreational ground and well maintained access roads.
