What impressed us the most about this home when we first viewed it was the arrangement of the accommodation and the spaciousness of the rooms. We could see immediately that it would make a great family home.

We have really enjoyed the spaciousness of the home in particular the huge sitting room and large family room. Our favourite place within the home is the kitchen breakfast room. It really is the heart and hub of the home, everyone seems to naturally gravitate to it and in fact it’s a great space for family and friends to gather around.

Whilst to the outside we have spent many a summers day barbecuing and relaxing around the swimming pool.

The location has been ideal for the family. We are only 0.5 miles from Chigwell Village with Brook Parade providing a selection of shops, such as a ladies and gents hairdressers, grocers, bakery, chemist, post office and delicatessen together with a bank with cash dispenser and an Italian restaurant. Just beyond the parade is Chigwell central line underground station, which is great for getting into Central London in about 35 minutes.
