Looking back we all wanted a bit of space and somewhere to park the car. After looking at several properties this was by far the best in terms of value for money. Having the garden is such a bonus especially now we have a child, it's nice to have a change of scenery in the summer months, so we don't always find ourselves sitting indoors in the lounge just because it's a maisonette. Having all the amenities within the vicinity is quite handy, just like infant schools for example is just a short walk away.

We really do hope the new buyers will enjoy it as much as we have.
