I bought this place as an investment over 10 years ago and it has always been rented out ever since. There is a huge demand for properties of this nature in this location.

The budget I had at the time meant this was all I could get which I was more than happy with, it is much bigger than some of the studios that I looked at, plus having the parking at the rear made it much more attractive in comparison to various others that I viewed.
