I bought this house as it was a similar price to other three bedroom houses that were on the market but offered so much more space than them.

Everything about the house is in proportion so I didn’t have to compromise on anything.

The space available is perfect for a growing family. or like me to let out to students who go the nearby Canterbury Christchurch university campus.
