When we first bought this property, we were initially attracted to the fantastic location. Although the property is in a central, commuter location, close to transport links and the station, it is also set back from the road in a beautiful, Edwardian building. The outlook is also lush and green which was very pleasing to us.
We have rented out the property for a number of years, and it has always proved incredibly popular with tenants.

Having recently moved back to the UK from France, the loft space has proved invaluable. The deep, built-in cupboard in the bedroom is also a lifesaver, as it frees up space in the bedroom!
