But when you don't feel like cooking, restaurants are only a short walk or bus ride away as you really are right in the centre of the Preston Park 'buzz'. The park itself is on the opposite side of the road and with communal parking, being so central doesn't mean you have to sacrifice your automobile with this gem of an apartment.

When I first saw my flat I immediately saw past the bald wallpaper and dark paint work. The layout made sense to me and having parking, a balcony and such good room sizes were so unusual compared to the other flats I had seen.
Since I have lived here I have entertained a more neutral, subdued colour scheme which really helps me to enjoy the tranquillity of the place. Although the road can be busy, being at the back of the block and set back from the road means that I don't notice it at all.
Being so central was also important to me as I felt I needed to be close to transport links and the doctors surgery.
I will be very sad to leave but I am now just yearning for a lawn garden so I can have house guests round.
