When I first saw this flat I was looking for somewhere to downsize to and couldn't really fault this place on anything! It is in a really friendly, residential area and close to the tree lined Surrenden Road. The separate storage room located in the floor below is the size of a double bedroom and has proved to be a fantastic place to store all of my junk!

Having been rented out over the years it seems like the right time to sell. I have recently given the flat a bit of a facelift so for any other interested buy to let investors you could probably rent out the property straight away!
