We bought this house around 8 years ago. What attracted us was the spacious feel, the lovely kitchen/diner and the fact it had off road parking.

Since living here we have up-dated it throughout and the lounge is the room we most enjoy using and so does our daughter who has her own little play area.

We will be sad to leave the house, which was our first time buy, but we feel that now is the right time to move closer to family and, with no onward chain, new buyers could move in quite quickly.
