Owners commentsWelcome to our Happy House.Have you a large family? Extended family? Elderly folks or adult children at home?With 21 rooms spread over 3 floors, 3 kitchens areas ( and even a passenger lift!) all the family‘s needs can be catered for here under one roof but still allowing that all important independent living with privacy.For the past 13 years, we have renovated, modernised and updated leaving no stone unturned. The result is our spacious, warm and comfortable family home which easily caters large family gatherings and parties with friends.In recent years as family members have moved on, the versatility of the accommodation here has enabled us to become a host family for foreign language students. In fact it was one past satisfied guest who thought it apt to name our home the Happy House and the name remains.With the Kings Park recreation ground a stones throw away, the convenient position to Bournemouth Town Centre, transport links, the Boscombe shopping centre providing all the essential amenities, it has been a joy to live here and it will prove to be very hard to say goodbye.But time marches on and it is now time for us to downsize and to offer our home for sale. It will be sad for us but offers a golden opportunity for another family to enjoy living here at the Happy House.
