We lived in the area before we saw this house and were amazed at the room dimensions and sheer size of the house in general.
Having children meant it was really important for us to have good schools and being teachers ourselves made it even more important! Balfour, Downs, Varndean and Dorothy Stringer are all within easy reach making this a prime location for families. Although our children are now older, the house has still given us enough space to enjoy, there is almost too much space!
