We were living in Horsham and wanted to be somewhere a bit quieter. We had always liked Southwater and the Country Park. At the time when these properties were built we had a look at the show home and were very impressed by the quality and the development. We chose this plot because it was set facing open fields and generally felt a lot more private on paper.
The property has grown with us and we even built an annex for our daughter. Now with just the 2 of us rattling around we have decided to downsize but will be very sad to leave and hopefully won't be moving too far away.
