“We recall we had viewed several properties before finding what was to become our home. Upon arriving at the property we were impressed by the location, as it backed onto Epping Forest land. The area has a village, friendly feel yet is very close to all the amenities of the town.

The moment we walked through the door we were impressed by the entrance hall – it gives a spacious welcome to the home. As we were guided round the property the accommodation just got better and better.

Our favourite space within the home is the lower ground floor area – it’s a space where we can come together as a family to watch those favourite movies and play games, or challenge each other to a game of pool or table football. If we’re feeling active we may even have a workout in the gym area. We used to use this as a bar area and had many a party here.

Then there’s the master bedroom suite, which we feel is a selling point of the home, it certainly was the icing on the cake when we viewed the house. Opening the double doors to views of Epping Forest, with the sun pouring in is one of the things we will miss most about the house.
