Property description

You cannot fail to be impressed by the amount of space this beautiful period terraced family home has! With many original features this is an imposing property which anyone would gladly call their home. It would suit a large family, or could even accommodate two, with its five bedrooms, two reception rooms and a large kitchen/breakfast room and the basement.

The fabulous dining room makes a great place to entertain, with beautiful French doors opening out onto the garden. So whether it be Christmas dinner or a summer BBQ, you can definitely make the most of this room. With the amount of bedrooms on offer, you could quite easily have a study, a child’s playroom or even a dressing room, like the current owners have. This means you can keep all the toys in one place, and have peace and quiet when you need to work from home.

The garden itself is a lovely place to sit during the warmer months, why not grab a good book and the sun lounger and relax whilst the children run around and wear themselves out in time for bed.

Located on a road sat opposite the cliff tops and a band stand, which holds regular food markets and big bands on the weekend, you could have a great morning out for all the family to enjoy, right on your doorstep.

What the Owner says:

We bought this home because of the amount of space it had to offer and the potential we could see.
The two reception rooms and the breakfast area in the kitchen have given us great flexibility when it has come to dinner time as we have used the kitchen breakfast room for family dinner times and our dining room for more formal dinners or for the children to use for doing their homework in peace.
We have loved living here and the garden has been a real pleasure in the summer months. We have wonderful neighbours and there is a real sense of community here and we will be sad to leave.
