WEMBWORTHY is a charming village with a church, village hall and is surrounded by some of Devon's loveliest countryside. Local towns are readily accessible, the town of Crediton being approximately 14 miles and the town of Barnstaple being approximately 20 miles.

WINKLEIGH, is a large Mid-Devon village with many period cottages. In September 2011, the village topped a national report as the best place in England and Wales to bring up children.
