When we viewed this house nearly 20 years ago we got to the bottom of the stairs and knew immediately it was the one. In the time we have lived here we have made lots of improvements re-decorating throughout, upgrading the bathroom and kitchen, changing the windows and the list goes on.

Location was key when making our decision, the schools are nearby, as too is the town, the harbour and the beach which for any family is really important. Our children have now flown the nest so we feel it is time to move on to the next chapter of our life which means selling this house, which it goes without saying we will be sad to leave, however we look forward to the future.
