When we moved to Brighton 40 years ago it was the location right by the park that drew us in. We were very fortunate to buy the whole building with a tenant in the top two floors and they stayed for 40 years as well, you don’t get a better recommendation for a home than that!!

We have also used the lane at the rear for parking, unopposed since we have been here and have found it very useful.

Time has now come to move on as our family are out of the area but we hope our house will make a great home for the next owner.
