We love the handy location of Kensington Place, it's only a few minutes walk to Brighton station, which makes our London commute easy.

Being right in the heart of the North Laine is great for parks, shopping and restaurants. There's always something fun to see or do. Our neighbours are really friendly too.

Our favourite part of the house is the living space on the lower ground floor. It's nice and cosy in winter and keeps lovely and cool in summer. The double doors opening out onto the garden make this a great space for entertaining, and we've enjoyed lots of summer barbecues here.
