We have really enjoyed living here for almost 30 years (that should tell you everything!) and we find ourselves not needing so much space now as the family have left home.
It is a lovely quiet location but close to everything you need…local shops, schools, Doctors, chemist, sports centre and more, are all just a few minutes walking distance away.
For the main weekly shop Sainsbury's and Tesco are just a short drive or bus ride away… as is the train station for days out or commuting.
If we fancy a walk in the countryside, access to the South Downs is very close…and the beach is only a couple of miles away too, so this location really has the best of both worlds
