When I first came to see the house, it was the fact it was new and ready to go that really made me go for it.

I will miss a huge amount about this house but the location is the biggest thing I will miss. Also the bedroom sizes being a lot bigger than you would think, is good when you have children.

The driveway and garage mean there is no problem with parking in a small cul-de-sac.

I have loved living here and hope the next owner will be as happy here for many years to come.
