Property description
Occasionally a home comes onto the market that really has that ‘wow’ factor. Not just because of its size and location, but the way the whole house is presented when you walk through the front door. It’s better than walking into a show home because you know that a family actually live here and that it really does work.
An added breakfast bar in the kitchen works well and you can picture Sunday mornings with a coffee and newspaper, whilst watching the world go by out of the large, full length window.
The lounge/diner also has, large, full length windows that really let the light in and French doors lead out to the back garden, where there’s a combination of lawn and decking as well as a gate that allows you access to your car barn and parking.
The middle floor benefits from a big landing window which is a nice feature and the 3 bedrooms are a good size with 2 of them being doubles, but the moment you ascend to the top floor is the moment that this really is the house that you want to live in. This floor is reserved for the master bedroom and nothing else. A large, picture window looks out towards fields in the distance and overlooks the open area to the front of the house. There are plenty of wardrobes allowing all your clothes and belongings to be kept out of sight giving the room a minimalistic feel and a large en-suite means that you can shower at leisure without the need to disturb anybody on the lower floor.
What the Owner says:
Before coming here we lived in an apartment in Maidstone where prices were really high so being able to move to a larger house would have been possible, but wouldn’t have offered us the space we were looking for. We had family nearer to Ashford so came down to see what was available and came across this house. We were amazed by its size, it also looked good from the outside and we liked the area. To be honest, it was also the main bedroom that we fell in love with and we still love it now, it was definitely the biggest selling feature!!
