We were living in rented accommodation in Horsham and actively looking to buy a family home. We focused our search in north Horsham and Southwater as we worked in Horsham and had close friends in Southwater. Based on the feel of the village we decided that Southwater would be the better location. This house really stood out from the get go as the road felt quiet and safe and the accommodation was very spacious on both levels with the garden offering an amazing degree of privacy.

It has been the best place to bring up children and we will be very sad to leave but a job relocation has prompted us to move.
