We were living in Horsham and looking to upgrade as we had small children and definitely needed a bigger property. After viewing a few properties within Horsham and Southwater we decided that we liked the more rural feel of Southwater as we still had access to good schools. When we came to look at this one we loved the position with the detached garage and parking facilities. The accommodation was perfect for us and our young family and having a wall enclosed garden made it feel very private. All this was topped off by views of the open countryside.

We would not be moving but the children are older and we want to move even more rural now. We will be sad to leave.
