This house has been in my family for over 30 years and has been my childhood home from when I was four years old. I feel so blessed to have lived in such a great house to grow up in.

The spacious gardens are amazing to have BBQ's and parties as well as for playing sports and setting up the paddling pool in the summer months.

The large loft space has hosted a large scaletrix track and are additional rooms for play and reading.

The house is fortunate to have a lounge and sitting room which has meant, as teenagers, we were able to have our own space to watch sports and to have friends over to play computer games.

For me, the house is an ideal family home, with rooms for expansion and has been great for hosting and having people to stay.

The location has been perfect with all three of my schools and is within short walking distance to the pier, beach, park and train station which has made life very easy.

My favourite aspect about the property is the gardens and the freedom it has given us to enjoy, the hours of entertainment and also the exercise we got.

I was very lucky to have both parents and grandparents here.
