We were looking for a detached property and were delighted to find this house, in a quiet no through road. The house has a fabulous flow and is nice to live in, especially overlooking the garden. We like the views from the upstairs front of the house over Tournerbury woods and the South Downs beyond. There are a number of tracks with nice views in close proximity as well as the seafront and beach. Since living here, we have refitted the kitchen, bathroom, shower room and fireplace, re-plastered most rooms and recently replaced the double glazing and installed new soffits, fascias and guttering.
