We moved in to the area from Caterham for the purposes of schooling.
We liked the size of the garden as well as the size of the house and the cul-de-sac location.
Since moving in we have re-fitted the bathroom, added the combination boiler and decorated.
We'll miss the garden, the position and the community feel of living here. It's great being able to walk to the schools and the mainline train station too.
