We love this bungalow it is so quiet here with nothing but birdsong on most days, yet we are a stones throw from the sea and the golf course where we are members and enjoy a meal and a drink from time to time.
Since purchasing we replaced the boiler, added storage and cupboards and decorated throughout plus added the porch, we felt lucky to have found this home in such a great spot and the privacy it provides will be hard to beat.
We find the first floor bedroom a great bonus for guests to stay in and all of the rooms are a good size.
We love the landscape gardens and the amount of parking it provides and will be very sad to leave however hope the next owners love it as much as we do.
