We have lived in this property for 25 years and enjoyed bringing up our family here. We were initially impressed by the lovely wide plot and the feeling of space. The location is ideal for good schools, bus routes, easy access to the station and not forgetting the short walk to the pub.

The house provides great entertaining space and we have enjoyed many happy social gatherings.

It is now time for us to down size as the children have their own homes in Billericay and needless to say we intend to stay in the area. We hope a new family will enjoy the benefits the property has to offer and are able to make their own mark on it.
