We were first attracted to this house because it looked so appealing from the outside and it never fails to put a smile on my face when I return home from work. I also think that there is a warm welcoming feel about our home, and since we have decorated it throughout, it's a great place to relax. It's in a prime location with excellent links available, and for work I can get to South Woodford or Highams Park stations within 15 minutes, and from there then into the City in 20 minutes. We make good use of having nature on our doorstep. There is a local Gym and a Cinema in South Woodford .
