I have enjoyed living here over the past 35 years and I have formed great memories as my family have grown up in this house.
Over the past 5 years, the location has really come on leaps and bounds. Living here, you will find that you literally have everything you need on your doopstep, whether that be strolling down to Lloyd Park with the kids or hopping on a bus into town which takes less than 15 minutes.
I will be very sad to leave as I have made many friends in the area, but the time has come as my family have moved away and I want to spend more time with my grandchildren. I wish the new owner will be as happy as I have been.
