I purchased this property in 2001 and made an offer very quickly as I did not want to lose it. The amount of space was exactly what I had been looking for and suited me and my three boys. The boys were able to walk to the local school and they could also play safely outside which gave me peace of mind. The neighbours were very friendly and we got to know them all very quickly. Good road connections were brilliant as we liked to go to Brighton and Eastbourne a lot.

It was a great family home. I moved on because of a job relocation but decided to keep hold of the property and let it out which has been very successful and I have had the same tenants for ten years. I will be sad to sell but my life is in Somerset now.
