We have lived here in Battenburg Avenue for a little under three years and it has served us brilliantly as our family home.

We have done quite a lot of work getting the property up to a standard that we liked and it has all been fully decorated since we moved here so hopefully the new owners won’t feel they have much to do.

It’s a great family home and we will be sad to leave but we’re relocating now so we hope the new owners are as happy here as we have been.
