When I bought this house I was looking for a bit of a project and ultimately something that would be a good rental. I chose this house above many others due to the size and its location being to close to the train station.

Since owning the house I have changed the bathroom and kitchen and installed a downstairs toilet.

I have been very happy owning this house but feel that now it is time to use the money on another project and let someone else benefit from the hard work that I have put in.
