We have owned this property now for 11 years now and it has served us really well. It has great space both internally and externally so no matter who you are there is always that feeling of great comfort. We have a family bathroom downstairs which is handy for when we have visitors, but we also have an en suite which is a massive bonus.
This area is known to be one of the better parts of Chatham as a result of being in such a prominent spot and it is quite central to all the amenities.
We truly believe it is a great place to call home and hope the new buyers, whoever that might be, would enjoy and appreciate it as much as we have.
