As a child I used to say it would be nice to live in this house and years later when I noticed it was for sale I couldn't resist and ended up buying it!
Over the years it has suited our needs and in the more recent years we have rented it out which has proved to be easy and hassle free. We already have our next home allowing us to sell chain free, hopefully making the sale a little easier.
From experience we can certainly say this home makes a great first home or house for a small family, or of course a fantastic investment buy to let.
