I own a shop in Birchington so as well as having a home that was practical inside it was equally important that I could get to and from work easily. This location is great for getting onto the Thanet Way.
When I first viewed the house I loved the amount of space there was which is unusual for a modern property. Having an en-suite was also important as I have family who stay overnight.
I can be in the centre of town in 5 minutes and take a stroll around the shops (always on the lookout for any ideas for my own one).
I will miss my home but am now looking to down size to something a little smaller.
