We have been here for 10 years and the reason we chose it was because it was close to the school and it had great potential.
Since owning this property we have built a conservatory, added a new boiler and heating system, installed a new bathroom, re-plastered some of the walls and installed solar panels. The south facing garden is a huge bonus.
The reason we are moving is because we need a bigger house now. We hope the new owners will like living here as much as we do.
