This property has been in our family for such a long time and I have fond memories of growing up here. Dad used to spend hours in the garden which was always his little haven and he even had his own separate toilet to use when he was out there. Although the house now needs to have some modernisation carried out on it, we have always maintained it and most recently had a new boiler fitted and the heating system upgraded. With plenty of space and such large bedrooms, it would be great to see it used as a family home once again. I know my mum and dad would be delighted to know it is going to be enjoyed for many more years to come as a family residence.
