For me this property has been an ideal and enjoyable home with so many beautiful country walks, good local pubs and great access to London without being in the centre of town!
The potential this cottage has is amazing and quite a few of my neighbours have added large kitchen extensions and even completely reconfigured the lay out which is something I may have considered doing but I feel it works extremely well for a family as is.
As a keen gardener it was so important to not only have the space but have different sections to sit so that no matter what time of day you can always catch the sun! The garage is such a huge bonus for me as I have motorbikes but would be made into a workshop or home office.
