I have lived here for 20 years now and have loved the area and the location. It is so convenient to get out and about, if you need a bus to get around it is just on the doorstep and the train station is literally a ten minute walk away.
The sea and harbour views from the bedroom windows are always a joy, whatever the weather, and they give a sense of space around you.
I am hoping to embark on a new adventure and am looking forward to the change but I will miss this house that I have made my home. I am confident that the new owners will be happy with their choice.
