We were originally attracted to the home for its size and location. Each room is light with tall ceilings and is deceptively spacious. We also love the original features such as the timber doors and built-in cabinets. Everything you need is nearby, whether that's the school run or simply wandering down Rochester's lovely High Street. We also found it an easy walk to both Rochester and Chatham train stations for our daily commute to London. After living in the property for several years, we chose to rent it out. We have never had a problem finding excellent tenants who have all said they've loved living in the house. There is a high demand for homes in the area from both first time buyers and also investment, the home more recently has served a great rental yield.
