When my parents were looking to buy a property in 1977 they wanted a family home which would be perfect for us. River was always a well regarded location as it had fantastic views and a selection of local facilities. The double glazed French doors were installed in 2012 which is lovely in the summer as you can spend time in and out of the garden.

I specifically remember coming home to stay most weekends as I worked away from home and it was lovely to spend time in a village location where I visited the local pubs and watched the football at the local Crabble ground.

The neighbours have all been fantastic over the years and it is a wonderful place to live.
