What attracted us most to this house was the location, as the house is in the catchment area for several local primary and secondary schools as well as having a sunny back garden which has been excellent for our growing family to enjoy many family occasions.

The open plan layout of the downstairs has worked well for us and friends visiting has never been a problem.

We have loved our home here and are now looking to stay fairly local but upgrade due to our growing family. We hope the next owners will be as happy here as we have been!
