We bought this property from new, 28 years ago. It's been a lovely home for us and we feel lucky to have lived here. Both our children went to Maundene school which is a short walk away, but the house is in a good position to get everywhere.

We had a double storey extension to the side for an elderly relative and there is plenty of space here. The only reason we are selling is just to down size but we will be terribly sad to see our house go.
